| 概要 |
中小規模排水処理施設では技術者の常駐管理が難しく、管理技術のレベルも様々である。これら施設における維持管理の自動化・効率化を目的に、計測・制御・監視を一体で行うシステムを構築した。システムは計測ユニット、自動制御装置、遠隔監視装置から構成され、計測ユニットは各センサーをユニット化することでメンテナンス性を向上し、センサーの校正が容易にできるような構造とした。自動制御装置は、計測ユニットからの各信号を元にファジィ制御にてばっ気ブロワの運転、返送汚泥量の調整を行う。遠隔監視装置はこれら各信号を遠隔で確認できるようにデータベース化し、外部からのアクセスに対して情報をWEBにて表示できる構造とした。また、遠隔地へのデータ送信ができるようにインターネットによるデータ送信も可能な構造とし、データ構造は(社)地域資源循環技術センターが定める維持管理支援情報システム監視システム指針(案)に準拠した仕様となっている。 |
| Abstract |
It is difficult for an engineer to reside permanently in minor scale Wastewater-treatment plant. Moreover, each engineer's technical level is various. We developed what performs measurement, control, and management by one system. It aimed at raising automation and efficiency in a minor scale Wastewater-treatment plant.The system consists of a measurement unit, an automatic controller, and remote surveillance equipment. The measurement unit packed each Sensor into the inside of a unit for the purpose of maintaining. Furthermore, it can perform proofreading of a sensor simply. The automatic controller controls a machine by fuzzy control based on the signal got from the measurement unit. The control performs change of airation time, and adjustment of the amount of sludge return. The Remote surveillance equipment changes these signals into a database for the purpose of checking from a remote place. Moreover, it can display information by WEB, if it connects from the outside. It is possible to transmit data to a remote place using the Internet. This data structure is based on the Maintenance management support information system surveillance system design indicator (proposal) which The Japan Association of Rural Resource Recycling Solution(JARUS)made. |
