| 概要 |
ごみの収集運搬事業は都市衛生に直結するため、収集事業を行う清掃事務所はそのサービスの水準を高く維持することが要求される。そのため清掃事務所は、特に各収集地域の習熟や職員間の不公平感を解消するために公平に作業を分担したり、職員同士の組合せを調整したりすることで、職員の仕事に対する意欲を維持し、対応している。このように清掃事務所における人員配置の持つ意味は大きい。しかしながら、様々な制約の下で人員配置を行うことは非常に困難である。本研究では、まず聞き取り調査によって清掃事務所における人員配置の各ステップおよびプロセスを整理した。続いて、収集員配置問題を職員同士の組合せ回数および各班の担当回数を均等化する２目的最適化問題に置き換え、遺伝的アルゴリズムを用いてパレート最適集合を得ることで、これらの２項目を同時に配慮した人員配置を立案する手法を開発した。そして、実際の清掃事務所の人員配置履歴をもとにシミュレーションを行い、本手法の有効性を実証した。 |
| Abstract |
To maintain good public health, it is necessary that the solid waste collection service should be maintained in good condition. In waste collection services, collector’s schedule, especially distributing the works equally to each collector, is very important from the viewpoint of collectors’morale and experience. However, it’s dif?cult to compose collector teams so that they can collect wastes ef?ciently, because there are many patterns of composing teams and a variety of restrictions.The ?rst step of this study is an investigation into the problem by interviewing and collecting records at the waste collection of?ce in city ‘A’. The next step is the development of a scheduling method which considers the Collector Scheduling Problem as a Multi-Objective Optimization Problem. The method can solve the problem by ?nding Pareto Optimal Solution, by means of
the Genetic Algorithms. The last step is a demonstration that the method can provide a good solution as shown by applying it to the case of city ‘A’. |
