[研究発表] データ分析に基づく下水処理場運転方案改善の検証

下水道事業においては、近年、維持管理コストの低減への要求が高まりつつある。このため、民営化による合理化、維持管理コストの削減が検討されているが、現状、維持管理コストの低減は運転員のノウハウに拠るところが大きい。それらの問題を解決するために本稿では（１）監視制御システムに蓄積される膨大なデータを活用し、この収集された運転データを分析し、運転条件の改善ポイントを抽出する要改善点抽出機能、（２）運転コストを定量的に評価する機能（運転コスト評価シミュレータ）を持つ運転方案改善支援システムを提案する。

Abstract

In sewerage business, social requirements of operation and management cost reduction are recently increasing. Under the circumstances, cost reduction and administrative rationalization by privatization are being studied. However, cost reduction has so far been almost performed by the know-how of plant's operators, the methods have limitations in complex wastewater treatment system and also the effect of the operation method changes is not evaluated quantitatively in many cases. As one of the solution systems for solving those problems, this paper introduces the operation method improvement support system. The system consists two functions. One is the extraction function of improvement points, which uses enormous operation data accumulated in supervisory control system, analyzes the data, and extracts improvement points of operation methods. Another is the operation cost evaluation function, which calculates operation cost quantitatively at the time of changing operation method extracted by the former function.
