概要

マンホールポンプ施設の維持管理における遠隔監視技術は、情報技術の発展と共に急速に多様化が進み、様々な通信インフラを用いた通報装置、および中央監視装置が存在する。その中で、維持管理の民間委託が進むに連れ、定期的な委託先、担当者の変更により、膨大な設備情報の把握、各監視装置の操作方法の習得、さらに維持管理に重要な維持管理ノウハウの蓄積、継承が困難になってきている。このような背景の中で、担当者の経験にかかわらず高精度で効率よく安定した維持管理の実施を支援することをコンセプトとした維持管理支援システムの紹介を行う。

Abstract

Remote surveillance technology in the maintenance of manhole pump stations has been diversified rapidly with the development of information technology. There are many report and central surveillance systems that utilize various telecommunications infrastructure. With the increase of outsourcing surveillance and maintenance works to private companies, it is now difficult to grasp enormous equipment information, acquire operation method of every surveillance system, and furthermore, accumulate and succeed to important know-how for maintenance in case of changing consignee and person in charge. Under these circumstances, we introduce a control support system that designates to support stable maintenance in high accuracy and efficiency regardless of lack of the experience of the person in charge.
