[論文] 活性汚泥法ファジィ制御のシステム構成

下水処理プロセスヘのファジィエキスパートシステムの適用を、既往の研究・事例報告をもとに展望した。これまでの適用事例には、ポンプ場の連転制御や、活性汚泥法の監視と状況判断、異常発生の早期発見とその対策といった運転支援あるいは機能診断の事例が多いことを概説した。これらの事例を踏まえて、本研究では、活性汚泥法へのファジィ推論の新たな適用方法を提案した。これは、流入水と処理水の計測情報から処理水のＢＯＤやＳＳという放流基準を安定して達成するシステム（ファジィ計測制御システム）と、連転操作員の目視観察、現場での簡易測定や生物相などの実験室レべルでの測定結呆を連転・維持管理に役立てようとするシステム（ファジィ機能診断システム）から構成され、活性汚泥状態の把握とそのファジィ制御法のシステム構成が論じられた。

Abstract

""The application of Fuzzy Reasoning to the control of sewage treatment process was prospected with literature review. The review showed that most of the studies were devoted to the control of pumping stations and development of operation support systems for activated sludge processes, e.g., the diagnosis of treatment conditions, detection of operational problems and inference of countermeasures. Based on those studies, a novel control system and strategies for activated sludge processes using Fuzzy Reasoning were proposed in this paper and the system is composed of Fuzzy Instrumental Control and Fuzzy Diagnosis Systems. The former relies on the information from the instrumental measurement of the primary and secondary effluents, I.e., flow rate, turbidity, the concentration of organic matters and pH, and the latter on the information of the observation and judgment of operators, on site measurements and microscopic observation. Integrated application of both systems was discussed for the effective control and maintenance of activated sludge processes.""
