[研究発表] 都市ごみ収集現場における経路策定方法に関する質問紙調査−経路策定時に考慮する項目を中心に−

本稿は、都市ごみ（一般廃棄物）の収集を直営で行っている自治体の清掃事務所を対象にして、収集運搬経路を策定する際に考慮する項目について尋ねた質問紙調査の報告である。清掃事務所では、?大半の清掃事務所ではトリップ単位まで策定している、?収集区域の分割には町丁・大字や道路を境界として用いることが多い、?ごみ量を収集車の最大積載量以下にすることや各トリップのごみ量を均等にするよう配慮している、?収集時間帯ができるだけ一定になるように配慮していること等が本調査から判明した。

Abstract

This paper is the report of the questionnaire survey of the conditions that cleansing offices collecting municipal solid waste disposed by households in local municipalities conform to when they plan the collection route. The result of this survey says as follows: many cleansing offices plan one trip that is to and from treatment facility or parking place in the part of each course, they use streets and roads as the border when they divide the areas for collection, they hold refuse weight below the weight limits of the vehicle and the weight in each trip as same as possible, and they keep the time of collecting refuse at each trip as same as possible too.
