[研究発表] 三郷浄水場監視制御設備のリニューアルについて

本稿は最新のデジタル制御技術と情報システム技術の導入による三郷浄水場の既設監視制御設備のリニューアルについて紹介するものである。ここでは、クライアントとサーバを高速制御ＬＡＮ（１００Ｍｂｐｓ）で結び、高信頼度で優れた監視操作性、拡張性を有する自律分散型制御システムに再構築し、同時に、水運用、設備管理のオフラインシステムと水処理（浄水、薬品注入、高度処理）のオンラインシステムとの統合化を実現。また、リニューアル施工は浄水場プラント運転への影響を極小化するため、オンラインリプレース方式とした。

Abstract

""The renovation for the monitoring and controlling equipment for purifying pre-installed at Misato Purification Plant, which will be operated with the latest digital controlling technology and informational system, is introduced. By connecting clients and a server with a high speed computing LAN (100Mbps), the previous equipment were turned into self-diversifying control system with high reliability in the function for control and expansion. And the renovation has integrated a water supply operation system, an off-line system for managing equipment and a water treatment system (including purification, chemical feeding, advanced water treatment,etc.) into one system. Furthermore, on on-line replace method was employed in the renovation to minimize effects to an operation of the purification plant.""
